My Apartment (Haunted?)

My roommate doesn't pay rent.

He doesn't pay rent because he's a ghost. I'm convinced.

At first, we thought the neighbors were only trying to frighten us when they made mention of a suicide that occurred here a month before we were given the keys to move in, but it's been confirmed by the management, and now we can't sleep. The former tenant did, really and truly, blow his brains out in our living room, and now he's banging on doors all night.

So I'm a-breakin' my lease.
