IS IT OKAY TO JOKE ABOUT A DEAD MAN?

Ever say something you think is funny only to find out that someone else already said it? God. This happens to me all the time. So Heath Ledger, having kicked the bucket and all, might be appropriately referred to as Heath Deadger. I chuckled a bit when I thought of it one day while driving around in my convertibeetle (another word I thought I created), and felt the need to google the dead celeb's amended moniker. What! It rhymes! Of course, to my dismay, somebody else had already thought of it.
